Oil, Gas & Energy
Control for complex assets and operations.
Odoo for oil, gas, and energy, where procurement, assets, and field work all have to line up.

Overview
Energy operations are large, complex, and asset heavy, with demanding procurement and field activity. We configure Odoo to bring this together, giving you control over assets, spend, and operations in one system.
What we implement
Asset and equipment management.
Heavy procurement and vendor management.
Field and operations workflows.
Project and cost control.
Compliance friendly reporting and records.
The outcome
One system across assets, procurement, and operations, with the control a complex business needs, phased in the order our Odoo rollout guide recommends for complex operations.
Frequently asked questions
Can Odoo manage equipment mobilisation, procurement, and job costing for an oilfield services contract, or is that too specialised for a standard ERP?
Standard Odoo gives strong raw material: Inventory and Maintenance track equipment, Purchase handles vendors, and Project tracks cost against a budget. None of it, out of the box, links certification status to dispatch eligibility, or rolls day-rates, rentals, and subcontractor costs into one contract margin automatically. That linkage, plus mobilisation checklists and approval routing for procurement, is the shaping we build around your existing equipment register and contracts.
Our equipment register and certification records currently sit in spreadsheets across several site offices. How do you bring that into Odoo without stalling a mobilisation already under way?
Equipment and vendor records migrate first, validated against a physical count so the opening register is accurate rather than inherited error. Certification and inspection dates come across with each asset, so expiry alerts work from day one. We stage this behind an active mobilisation rather than pausing it, bringing procurement and field ticketing live once the register is confirmed correct.
Committing to a new system while crews are already mobilised feels risky. What is our actual exposure if the project runs past the date you promised?
Very little, by design. We agree a target go-live date in writing before work starts, and you see the system running on your own equipment register, procurement, and contracts before any payment is due. If we miss the date we committed to, you owe nothing, regardless of how complex the contract structure turns out to be.
