How does the activity-based billing actually work?
Every receipt, pick, pack, shipment, and day of storage is logged as a billable event, then priced against your rate cards, including tiers and minimums. Storage itself can bill by anniversary, calendar, split-month, or daily method, with free days and ageing surcharges. Nightly stock snapshots feed it all, so invoices trace back to real warehouse activity, not estimates.
Can our clients really self-serve without calling us?
Yes. Each client logs into their own portal to see live inventory, submit orders and ASNs, track shipments, and download their own invoices and reports, without emailing your team for status updates. Their data stays isolated to their account only, so self-service never means one client glimpsing another client's stock or pricing.
We are still running things off spreadsheets or a legacy WMS — can you migrate us across?
Yes — that is normal onboarding, not a special project.
