Can Odoo track post-dated cheques and flag renewals before a lease actually expires?
Yes, once configured for how UAE tenancies actually operate. Post-dated cheques are logged against the lease on receipt, with deposit dates tracked so a due cheque raises an alert before it bounces, and renewals surface around ninety days ahead of expiry with the new rate ready to quote. Standard Odoo has no unit register or lease lifecycle for this out of the box; that structure is what we build.
Does Odoo integrate with Ejari or the property portals we already list our units on?
Lease records carry Ejari and similar registration requirements as structured fields, so status is visible at a glance, though the registration itself stays with your leasing or legal team, since that process varies by emirate. Listing portal integration is scoped case by case, since each portal publishes a different feed format, and we connect the ones your portfolio actually advertises on.
Our property management system was set up by another partner that we no longer work with. Can you take it over?
Yes, this is common in property management, where another partner handled the original implementation and is no longer involved. We review the unit register, lease data, and service-charge setup as it actually stands, regardless of who built it, and take on ongoing support from there.
