Privacy notice

Who we are

Knova Digital Solutions is an Odoo consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, email hello@knovadigital.com.

When you contact us

The contact form sends us your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message, by email. We use these details to reply to you and to discuss your project, and we keep them as part of our business correspondence. They are not stored on the website server.

If you reach us on WhatsApp, by phone or email, or through our booking page, those services (WhatsApp, run by Meta, and Google Calendar) also handle your details under their own privacy terms.

How you found us

While you browse this website, your own browser keeps a small note in its local storage, not a cookie: the website that sent you here, any campaign tag on the link, the page you first arrived on and when, the pages you view during the visit, how many visits you have made, and your device’s time zone.

That note stays on your device. It is sent to us only if you submit the contact form or tap one of our WhatsApp, booking, email or phone links, so that we can see which channels bring enquiries. Our WhatsApp buttons also add a line to the message they pre-fill, such as “I found you via Google”, together with the title of the page you were reading. You can edit or delete it before you send.

What our server records

Each enquiry, each tap on a WhatsApp, booking, email or phone link, and each blocked spam message adds one line to a private log: the date and time, the type of action, how the visitor found us, the first and current page, the number of pages and visits, and the time zone. The log contains no names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses, and lines older than 24 months are deleted automatically.

To limit spam, the website keeps a hashed form of the sending device’s IP address, with the time of its last message, in temporary storage. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

What we do not use

This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not sell visitor data or share it with advertisers. Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google’s servers, which see your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices

• Clear the note your browser keeps at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, or browse in a private window, which forgets it when you close it.
• To ask what we hold about you, or to have your enquiry deleted, email hello@knovadigital.com.

Changes

If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
