Universities & Higher Ed
Odoo for campuses with many moving parts.
Programs, registration, student billing, and campus operations on one backbone.

Overview
Universities run like several businesses at once: academics, admissions, finance, HR, facilities, and research. We configure Odoo as the administrative backbone — student billing, procurement, HR, and operations — integrated with the academic systems you already use.
What we implement
Program and course structures with registration workflows.
Student billing, scholarships, and instalment plans.
Faculty and staff HR with payroll.
Procurement, assets, and facilities management.
Integration with LMS and academic platforms.
The outcome
One administrative system across the campus, with clear finances and less manual work.
Frequently asked questions
Can Odoo manage student billing across multiple programmes and scholarship types, or is that too specific for anything but a dedicated student information system?
Odoo's Invoicing, HR, and Purchasing are strong raw material for recurring semester billing and payroll across faculty and staff. None of it understands programmes, credit-linked fees, or scholarship rules by default. Programme and fee structures, instalment schedules, and the boundary with your existing academic systems are configuration built on top, shaped around your calendar rather than replacing what already works well.
Our faculty already runs registration and grading through a separate academic platform. How does that stay connected once Odoo is handling billing and HR?
It stays exactly where it is. Odoo becomes the administrative backbone, not a replacement for the academic platform your faculty already trusts for grading and course content. Integration keeps student and programme records aligned between both systems, so a registration reflects correctly on billing without manual re-entry, while academic records and coursework remain owned by the platform built for that purpose.
A prior, unrelated project already put Odoo into part of our university, and the consultant involved has since moved on. Can you take on support for that instead of insisting we rebuild it?
Yes, this is common on a campus where one office implemented something years ago and moved on. Our support is vendor-neutral: we review what already exists in finance, HR, or procurement, regardless of who configured it, then decide what to extend department by department. You are not forced into a full rebuild just because a prior project was left unfinished.
