It can query whatever data you connect it to, and access can be scoped so people only see what they are already permitted to see. By default, Knova AI Connector is read-only: it answers questions but does not change your records. Controlled write actions can be enabled later, only if you specifically ask us to turn them on.
How does the Knova AI Connector actually connect to our Odoo?
Through the Model Context Protocol, or MCP, the modern standard for letting an AI assistant work securely with live business systems. It connects directly to your existing Odoo data rather than copying it elsewhere, so your team asks questions in plain language and gets answers from your real, current records, not a stale export.
